Builder brands: Adding a video in the Express editor

When building your website, you may come across the ability to display videos. Once you have the video URL from YouTube, you can quickly add that to your website editor to view that clip live.

Whether the theme already has a video in it or you would like to add a new one to a section, this article will cover how to add the video element or change the Settings and URL once added.

How to add a video

1. Log in to your account via https://www.networksolutions.com/my-account/login.
2. Click Websites from the left navigation menu.
   
    
   Note: Alternatively, if you have multiple website builder accounts, click Launch to proceed.
3. On your website builder dashboard, tap Edit Site.
   
   
    
4. Go to Sections or the Add Section button within the editor.
   
   
    
5. Type Video in the search box.
   
   
    
6. Select Video under All categories.
   
   
    
7. Choose a template that fits your site and click on it.
   
   
    
8. On the right-hand side, there will be sliders. You can toggle on and off the Title, Description, Buttons, a Line, and Subtitle switch controls.
   
   
    
9. Hover over the video and click on the gear in the middle to open the Settings.
   
   
    
10. Copy the link address of the YouTube video and paste it into the window that pops up.
    
    
     
    Pro tip: The video must be set to public to display on your site.
11. The settings under the link allow you to Autoplay, Loop the video, and have Controls show on the video.
    
    
     
12. Click Save to add the video.
    
    
     
13. Tap Save and Publish your site to make the changes live.
