Builder brands: Adding and changing a video in the Express editor

When building your website, you may encounter the option to display videos. Once you have the video URL from YouTube, you can quickly add it to your website editor to view the clip live.

Whether the theme already includes a video or you would like to add one to a section, this article covers how to add the video element and change the Settings and URL once added.

Adding a video

  1. Log in to your account via https://www.networksolutions.com/my-account/login.
  2. On the left side of the page, select Websites.

    Note: Alternatively, if you have multiple website builder accounts, click Launch to proceed.
  3. To begin, launch into your website by selecting Edit Site.

  4. Select Sections from the left-hand menu or the Add Section button within the editor.

  5. In the search box, type in Video.

  6. Select Video.

  7. Several templates will show up. Choose the option that best fits your site, then click it.

  8. On the right-hand side, there will be sliders. Here you can toggle on and off the Title, Description, Buttons, a Line, and the Subtitle.

  9. Hover over the video, then click the gear in the middle to open Settings.

  10. Copy the link to the YouTube video from YouTube and paste it into the window that pops up.
    Note: The video must be set to public to display on your site.

  11. The settings under the link allow you to Autoplay, Loop the video, and have Controls show on the video.

  12. Click Save to add the video.

  13. Be sure to Save and Publish your site to make the changes live.
