Builder brands: Animations in Express editor

Animations within Express Editor give life to the theme you have chosen. As you search for a theme, you may find Animations or Effects that effortlessly allow for a more dynamic website. 

In this article, we will cover how to enable and disable the animations to have complete control over the look and feel of your website.

How to enable or disable animations

1. Log in to your Account Manager via https://www.networksolutions.com/my-account/login.
2. Select Websites on the left menu, and you will be routed to a different tab where you can access your website editor.
   
   
    
   Note: Alternatively, if you have multiple website builder accounts, click Launch to proceed.
3. Launch your website editor by choosing Edit Site.
   
   
    
4. Select the Theme from the left of the editor.
   
   
    
5. You will see an overview of your website appear with a menu sliding out from the side. From the menu on the left-hand side, click the tab Animations.
   
   
    
6. Click the slider to the right of Enable animation to either activate or deactivate your theme's animations feature. If activated, you can also choose between Short and Long Animations, meaning the length of time the animation will run on the page when first viewed.
    
   Important: A longer animation duration will make the effect appear slower, whereas a short animation duration will make the effect appear quicker.
   
    
7. That’s it! Your animations will now be completely “on” or “off,” depending on which option you select. Be sure to click the Publish button on your site to make the changes live.
