Builder brands: Editing your Email Marketing settings

Keeping your business information up-to-date (such as your organization's name and address) is a valuable asset in marketing to ensure that your contacts can visit and/or communicate with your business while building trust and reliability as a business owner. We provide ways for you to keep your information up-to-date:

From your Express editor website (address only)

Any time you change your business address on your Express editor website, the address will be imported to your email campaigns.

  1. Log in to your Account Manager via https://www.networksolutions.com/my-account/login.
  2. Select Websites on the left menu, and you will be routed to a different tab where you can access your website editor.

    Note: Alternatively, if you have multiple website builder accounts, click Launch to proceed.
  3. Launch your website editor by choosing Edit site.

  4. On the left-hand menu of the editor, click the Settings tab.

  5. In the Settings window, click the My Business tab.

  6. Edit your business address and click Apply at the bottom.

  7. Click Save at the top of the editor to reflect these changes to the account.

  8. Optional: Publish your site to have the address change on the footer update on the live site.

From within a campaign

You can update the address and company name that shows on your email campaigns to be different than what shows on your website. To begin, navigate to your Marketing Hub within your account and select CreativeMail.

  1. Click on New campaign or Edit to continue with your campaign on a campaign draft.

  2. Once you are in the campaign editor, in the left menu, click Settings.

  3. In the Settings window, edit the Company name and Address with the new information.

  4. Click Apply on the bottom right to save this information to your email marketing settings.

  5. Click Save at the top of the page, or continue editing your email campaign.

Editing settings from the CreativeMail tab

You can edit the address and company name for any future emails without having to create a new campaign. To begin, navigate to your marketing hub within your account and select CreativeMail.

  1. Click Email Settings.

  2. From the Address section of the Settings screen, enter changes to the address, phone number, or business name.

  3. Click the Save button at the bottom to save changes.
