Builder brands: How to connect a Zoom account to the Booking tool

This article will walk you through how to integrate with your Zoom accounts to set up a meeting, offer virtual classes, and set up web conferences.

  1. Go to Bookings and select Settings.
  2. Once you're in the Settings dashboard, click Zoom Settings.

  3. In the Zoom Settings, click Connect to Zoom to proceed.

  4. A prompt will show up to Add Zoom Account; click Continue.

  5. Next, it will ask you to sign in to your Zoom account.
  6. Once you can log in, it will prompt you to connect your Basic Zoom account. If it's done, you can go to the Settings of your Zoom account or the Return to Booking Page option.

  7. On your Bookings page, the Zoom Settings will now show an Active status. You can also choose to Disconnect Zoom or View Zoom Account to manage your Zoom account.

  8. To add your Zoom video link to the new appointment, from the booking dashboard, select Book a client.
  9. Select a service, team member, date, and time. When the contact information page appears, toggle on Add Zoom video link.

  10. Ensure to click Make appointment once you're finished.
