Builder brands: Setting your time zone for appointments

By default, your Booking tool will be set to match the local time during tool setup, but if you have a location outside of it, you may wish to change the settings to match the specific location. Setting a time zone in your booking tool that reflects your business’s local time is valuable for your clients to select an accurate appointment or service with you. For example, when you book a hotel, flight, or restaurant table somewhere outside of your local area, it would be easiest to see their schedule and appointments since that is where you will be when you fulfill your request!

Setting your time zone for appointments in the Booking tool

  1. Log in to your account via https://www.networksolutions.com/my-account/login.
  2. Click Websites from the left navigation menu.

    Note: Alternatively, if you have multiple website builder accounts, click Launch to proceed.
  3. Go to Bookings, then click on Manage Bookings for the site you want to modify.

     Click on Manage Bookings
     
  4. Navigate to Settings from the left menu.

     Select the Team tab at the top
     
  5. Click on Set availability under Bookable hours to add the hours that the employee can be booked.

  6. Select a time zone from the drop-down menu.

  7. Click Save to update the changes successfully.

     Click Save

      Congrats! You have now updated the timezone for your booking tool!
