Builder brands: Uploaded images appearing sideways or upside down

When images are taken on mobile devices and then edited later in an app or basic desktop program, file data can remain from the original instance of capture and appear rotated when uploaded to the web. If you are finding this happening with your images added to your website editor, you can do the following:

1. Locate your file and open it in the Paint program on your computer.
2. Rotate the image in the program to be the correct orientation.
3. Choose File > Save As New File.
4. Then, proceed to upload your image as normal to your website editor. 

You will then be able to add your new image to the desired area on the site without rotating your image in the browser. If you are replacing images in your image library, you will want to be sure to Save and Publish your site for the changes to go live.
