Builder brands: Verify an email address for the sender address when sending an email marketing campaign
After signing up for Constant Contact Website's Email Marketing tool, you will need to verify the email address that you would like to use as your sender address.
Note: We will automatically send you an email for verification to the email address you used to create and log in to your Constant Contact Website account, although this is not related to your CreativeMail Email Marketing sender address. If you change your login email, your verified sender addresses will not be affected, and vice versa. You could always resend the verification email if you did not receive it. We encourage you to confirm your email address to stay up to date with your Constant Contact Website account.
Additional email addresses can be verified as the Sender Address and Reply-to Address for your CreativeMail email marketing campaigns. We require that all Sender and Reply-to addresses be verified to ensure that you are the owner of that email address, but there is no limit to the number of emails you can add and confirm.
Important: We recommend verifying the email addresses you use for test campaigns, as unverified addresses are limited to 50 tests per day.
Verifying within my CreativeMail settings
- Log in to your account via https://www.networksolutions.com/my-account/login.
- On the left side of the page, select Websites.

Note: Alternatively, if you have multiple website builder accounts, click Launch to proceed. - In the account dashboard, select Marketing Hub from the left-hand menu.

- From within your Marketing Hub page, choose CreativeMail.

- From the left navigation, select Email Settings within your CreativeMail tab.

- You will see all of the sender's email addresses that have been added to the account, with their verification status at the top of the screen. Choose Add sender to add a new sender address to your account.

- In the entry field, add the email address you want to place on the account and click Save once complete.

- You will then receive a confirmation email at the email address you added, with the subject Before You Start Marketing - Please Verify Your Email. You will need to click the Verify button to complete the setup and receive a success message within that email. You will now be able to choose this email from a list of your From and Reply-to addresses when sending a new email campaign.
