Fix Login Issues with Browser Cookies

​​Enabling cookies and clearing cache on your preferred web browser is a simple way to prevent error messages and access all of your website's features such as fix login issues with browser cookies. ​

On Mac

Chrome​

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Click the Settings (three-dotted) button in the top-right corner.
  3. Click Privacy and Security on the left-side menu.
  4. ​Select Cookies and other site data.
  5. Under General settings, select Allow All Cookies or Block Third-party cookies in Incognito.

​Important:
  • ​Do NOT select Block third-party cookies in a regular window, as doing so could prevent you from logging in.
  • ​Do NOT select Block all cookies (not recommended), as doing so could result in a blank screen.​

 

Safari

  1. ​Click on Safari in the menu bar.
  2. ​Click the menu and select Preferences.
  3. Select Privacy.
  4. Under Block cookies, select Never.
    ​Important: Do NOT select Block all cookies under Privacy, as doing so could result in a blank screen.
  5. ​To limit website access to location services, make sure it's NOT set to Deny without prompting.
  6. ​Attempt to log into your hosting account with us.

​If you are still not able to log into your account, make sure Safari has JavaScript enabled. See optional instructions below.​

  1. Click Safari in the menu bar and select Preferences.
  2. ​Go to the Security tab.
  3. ​Put a checkmark on Enable JavaScript.​

Firefox

  1. Open Firefox and click on the Settings button in the top-right corner.
  2. ​Click Options.
  3. ​Click on Privacy & Security.
  4. ​Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, select either Standard or Strict.​

Important: Do NOT select the Custom level tracking, as doing so could result in a blank screen.

 

On Windows​​​

Chrome​

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. ​Click the Settings (three-dotted) button in the top-right corner.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. ​You may select Allow All Cookies or Block Third-party cookies in Incognito.

​Edge

  1. ​Open Microsoft Edge, and click the Settings and More (three-dotted) button in the top-right corner.
  2. ​Click the Settings option.
  3. Click on Privacy and Services.
  4. ​Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, you may select either Basic or Strict.

  5. ​Go back to the Settings option.
  6. ​Click on Cookies and site permissions.
  7. ​Click Manage and delete cookies and site data.
  8. ​Enable Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended).

​Important: Do NOT select the Balanced tracking level since it may result in a blank credentials field on the login screen.​

 

​Firefox

  1. Open Firefox and click on the Settings button in the top-right corner.
  2. ​Click on Privacy & Security in the side menu.
  3. ​Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, select either Standard or Strict

Note: Some of these interactions will work if the user tries a different network. In these cases, please get in touch with your Internet service provider for further assistance.​​​
