How Do I Upgrade My Services?

Select an option below to view the instructions:

Upgrading My Email Service

To upgrade your email services through Network Solutions®, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Email on the left menu.
  3. Find the mailbox you would like to upgrade and click Manage.
  4. Click the Upgrade to Professional Email Plus link to continue.
  5. Select the Service Term you would like to purchase and Secure Checkout.
  6. Select your payment method and click the Place your Order button.

The upgrade will be completed a few minutes after the order has been completed.

Upgrading My sCommerceSpace™ Package

To upgrade your nsCommerceSpace package, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your Account Manager.
  2. Click on Ecommerce on the left menu.
    • If you have more than one Ecommerce Package, select the product you would like to upgrade and click Manage.
  3. Click on the Upgrade link.
  4. You can choose to upgrade to Standard or Premium nsCommerceSpace™ package. Select your desired package and click the Upgrade button.
  5. Select the Service Term you would like to purchase and Secure Checkout.
  6. Select your payment method and click the Place your Order button.

The upgrade will be completed a few minutes after the order has been completed.

Security Upgrade

To upgrade SiteLock® Lite, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your Account Manager.
  2. Click on Security Products on the left menu. 
  3. Select the service you would like to upgrade and click Manage.
  4. Click on the Upgrade button.
  5. Click Upgrade Now.
  6. Select the Service Term you would like to purchase and Secure Checkout.
  7. Select your payment method and click the Place your Order button.

The upgrade will be completed a few minutes after the order has been completed.
