Upgrading my email service
To upgrade your email services through Network Solutions, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your account manager via https://www.networksolutions.com/my-account/login.
- Click Professional Email on the left navigation.
- Click Manage on the row corresponding to the mailbox you want to upgrade.
- In the Overview section, under Plan, click Upgrade Plan.
- Simply click on the plan you want to upgrade to, and a green checkmark will show up in the top right corner to confirm your choice.
- Agree to the terms of service by checking the box. To view the disclosure agreement, click the Disclosure* link.
- Click on UPGRADE NOW to proceed.
- The upgrade will be completed within a few minutes after your order is processed. Kindly log out and log back in to see the changes.

Security upgrade
To upgrade SiteLock® Lite, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your account manager via https://www.networksolutions.com/my-account/login.
- Click on Security on the left menu.
- Select the service you would like to upgrade and click Manage.
- In the Overview section, under SiteLock Plan, click Upgrade Plan.
- Simply click on the plan you want to upgrade to, and a green checkmark will show up in the top right corner to confirm your choice.
- Agree to the terms of service by checking the box. To view the disclosure agreement, click the Disclosure* link.
- Click on UPGRADE NOW to proceed.
- The upgrade will be completed within a few minutes after your order is processed. Kindly log out and log back in to see the changes.
