     1. In Advanced view:
        1. Click the domain or the vertical ellipsis icon on the far right, under the Actions column.
        2. Select Manage.

4. On the Domain Name page, scroll down and click on the Transfer or Move Domain menu.
   
5. Once the menu shows, click the Domain Locked toggle to unlock the domain.
   
6. Once the domain is unlocked, click the Change IPS Tag option.
   
7. Change the IPS Tag by entering the tag provided by your new registrar. Contact your new registrar to obtain the correct IPS tag.

8. Finalize the transfer by clicking Transfer Domain.
