Marketing—How Do I Edit or Delete an Image?

Editing a photo is a common practice in the web development industry. It allows you to enhance and stylize your photos in ways a camera can't do. The online business competition is intense, so you must ensure you have an edge in the arena. Since product images play a significant role in your business, having high-quality and stunning photos that match your branding is vital.

Editing an Image

1. In your Account Manager, click eCommerce on the left side of the page.
2. On the eCommerce Details page, click Manage Store or Manage.
3. Once in your eCommerce dashboard, click the Content button on the left navigation menu. Select Design Studio.
   
   
4. You can edit images in your:
   • Image Library
   • Project Library

Image Library

1. Within the Image Library tab, click the image you want to edit by clicking the Edit icon as you hover your mouse over the image. It will open the tools you can use to enhance the quality and appearance of your image.

2. You will have the following options:

   • Zoom in or zoom out the selected image.
     

   • Adjust an image in terms of Light, Color, Intensity, Sharpness, and more.
     

   • Use various Filter options for your image.
     

   • Resize the image
     

Project Library

1. Go to the Projects tab, then click the image you want to edit by clicking the Edit icon as you hover your mouse over the image. It will open the tools you can use to enhance the quality and appearance of your image.

   • Base Layer - Choose a style for your base layer. You can add a Base Layer Color or another Base Layer Image by clicking the respective buttons.
     

   • Resize – Adjust the image's size and choose which size you want by selecting the appropriate sizes that will be shown, as seen below.
     

   • Photo – Edit the photo by adding more layers to your photo. Click on the Add Layer drop-down to add a text or photo within the photo you are editing. You also have the option to replace your photo by uploading or choosing an image from Stock Photos.
     

   • Text – Adding text to product images will help your customers understand the product you are selling. For example, you want to highlight the product's features and edge in the market or create instruction pictures. This tool allows you to insert text and choose the text style, font, size, and effects.
     

Note: You can add more layers to your image by clicking the Add Layer drop-down under Layers. Select Text to add text to your image or Photo to add another layer with a photo.

2. Click Save once you are done editing the image. If you want a copy of the edited image in your local drive or folder, click the Download button.
   

Deleting an Image

Follow the steps below to delete an image in your library.

1. In your Account Manager, click eCommerce on the left side of the page.
2. On the eCommerce Details page, click Manage Store.
3. Once in your eCommerce dashboard, click the Content button on the left navigation menu. Select Design Studio.
   
4. Hover over the image you want to remove.
   
    
5. Click Delete.
