Overview
Billions of people worldwide are using social media to share ideas, thoughts, and information online. The largest and most used social media platforms are Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X. Utilizing these social networks to promote and market your business is a perfect move to widen your reach, thereby increasing your audiences and potential customers.
MyLinks allows you to design a page to share your story and links in one place. You can use this page to highlight your top-selling products, favorite blogs, videos, social media links, or any quick links you want to share with your followers.

How to Create a MyLinks Page
Follow the steps below to create a MyLinks page.
- Once in your eCommerce dashboard, click Marketing on the left navigation menu.
- Once the drop-down menu shows, select MyLinks.
- Enter the name you want for your MyLinks page, then click Get Started. The name you enter will also show as the title on the top of your page, which you can update later on when editing the layout. However, the URL will remain the same.
- You will have two options:

If you select the option shown in the image below, follow these steps:
- Enter a topic or keyword for your MyLinks page, then hit Continue. You can use multiple topics or keywords and separate them using commas.
- AI (Artificial Intelligence) will select a relevant photo, generate a page description, and populate example links for your social media accounts and other relevant links.
If you want to edit the Layout and Style of your MyLinks page, proceed to step 3 in How to Edit the MyLinks Page.
Start with a blank template
If you select the option shown in the image below, follow these steps:
- After clicking Start with blank template, hit Continue.
- You will need to replace the placeholder image with an image of your choice. You can upload an image from your device or select from free stock photos. Then, generate a page description and update the social media links with your specific account details.

How to Edit the MyLinks Page

Once inside your eCommerce dashboard, click Marketing on the left menu, then MyLinks.

Scroll down and click the Edit Mylinks Site button.

You can update the following sections of your MyLinks Page:
Layout

Top of Card – In this section, you can do the following:

Add or update the Page Heading, Subheader (optional), and Page Description (optional).

Choose a frame for your image.

Replace the image.
-

Social Media – This section allows you to embed your social media profiles on your MyLinks page. This key feature puts together your social media profiles in one place.

+ Add New Link button – You can add different types of links, such as the following:
Note: If you need to delete a link or section, click on the Delete Section or Delete Link button.

URL Link – This can be a link to your website, favorite video, blog site, best-selling product, etc. Add the URL you want your site visitors to see, then update your Button Text accordingly. You can also embed an image in the button you are creating.

Image – This allows you to add an image that links to your webpage. Add a Button Text, then enter the target URL. You can either display the image on your MyLinks page or link it to the original website.

Video – This allows you to share your videos. Add a Button Text, then enter the target URL. You must enter a valid video link, an MOV or MP4 video. You can embed an image in the button you are creating. Also, you can display the video on your MyLinks page or link it to the original website.
Note: If you want to share a video that is on cloud share, add the link via the URL Link option instead.

YouTube – Allows you to share your YouTube videos on your MyLinks page. Add a Button Text, then enter the target URL. You can embed an image in the button you are creating. Also, you can display the video on your MyLinks page or link to the original website.
Note: When adding YouTube videos on your MyLinks page, you can add restrictions, such as Date of Birth and Sensitive content. You can place an age restriction on your videos or mark them as sensitive.

Contact Form – By adding a contact form on your MyLinks page, you can collect the contact information of your site visitors. Enter a Button Text and add your target URL. You can choose an existing contact form or create a new one by clicking the Add a Contact Form button. If you create a new contact form, you will be taken to another page to create a contact form. You can also embed an image in the button you are creating.

Call – Adding this section lets site visitors call you from your MyLinks page. Enter a Button Text and add your phone number. You can embed an image in the button you are creating. When site visitors click the call link, they will be asked to select an app on their device to call.

Add Section button – You can add another section to your MyLinks page and add a description of that section.
Style

Designer Styles – You can choose from suggested designer styles for your MyLinks page.
Note: If you want to customize the design of your page, you must select the Custom option and then proceed with changing the style of the Background, Button, and Font, which are explained below.

Background Styles – Here, you can customize the style of your MyLinks page. Choose a background for your MyLinks page and select a color of your choice.

Buttons – You can customize the Fill, Outline, Shadow, and Color of buttons on your MyLinks page.

Font – You can customize the font of texts on your MyLinks page. Choose a Font style and color of your choice.
You can then proceed to Publish your MyLinks page.
How to Publish the MyLinks Page

Once you are finished customizing or editing your MyLinks page, review its overall design, context, and appearance. You can also check what it looks like when viewed on a phone, tablet, or computer.

To publish, click Publish on the top right corner of your screen.
You have published your MyLinks page. You can use the link provided to open the page or add this link to your social media pages. Please note that when you leave the MyLinks page it will automatically publish the site to avoid losing any changes.
How to Delete the MyLinks Page
Important: If you delete your MyLinks page, it will completely erase all information and links.

Once inside your eCommerce dashboard, click Marketing on the left menu, then MyLinks.

Scroll down and click the Edit Mylinks Site button.

To delete the MyLinks page, click the Delete button on the top left corner of the screen.

On the pop-up that shows, click on the Delete Mylinks Site button.
