E-commerce Online Store - Design - FAQ Design

This feature allows you to build a Frequently Asked Questions list for customers visiting your site. Once you've generated your FAQs, you can place them on a Custom Page and then link to that page using a hyperlink.
Creating a FAQ Design
- Click the FAQ Design button on the Design tab. This will open the FAQ Design Manager.
- Specify a name for your new FAQ and click the Create & Edit FAQ button. This will open the FAQ Editor.
- Enter the text for your question and answer in the provided text boxes.
- Specify whether the FAQ will be enabled.
- When you are satisfied with your question and answer, click the Create FAQ button to create the FAQ.
Adding the FAQ to the Storefront
The FAQs can be added to a custom page using the nsScript drop-down. A link to the custom page then can be added anywhere on your storefront. Add an FAQ to the storefront by following the steps below.
- Go to the Pages tab in the Control Panel and click the Custom Pages link on the left side.
- Enter a new page name called "FAQS" and click the Add New Page button. This will open the Custom Page Editor.
- In the Custom Page editor, under the Page Content text box, enter any desired introductory text.
- Click the nsScript drop-down and select your desired FAQ.
- Click the Insert button.
- When you are finished adding your FAQs, click the Save or Save & Return button to save the Custom Page.
- You can add a hyperlink to your new FAQ page to any section that accepts HTML links.
