How to Set Up Outlook Mobile

You'll need to find your specific server settings to set up your email in Outlook Mobile for Android, iPhones, and other phones or tablets. To do that:

Troubleshooting reCAPTCHA Issues:

Setting POP IMAP
Email Address: The email address you are setting up. The email address you are setting up.

Incoming Server Port: 995 - A setting that mail servers use for receiving an email. 993 - A setting that mail servers use for receiving an email.

Outgoing Server Port: 587 - A setting that mail servers use to send an email. 587 - A setting that mail servers use to send an email.
Outgoing Server (SMTP) requires authentication: Yes - Your full email address and password. Yes - Your full email address and password.
SSL/TLS: Enable this option. Enabling SSL and using TLS ensures your email remains secure. Please be sure you are using a mail app that supports TLS 1.2. Enable this option. Once you find the settings for configuring your email, you can set up Outlook Mobile on your Android, iPhones, and other phones or tablets.

Set Up Outlook Mobile for Android

Follow the steps below to set up your email and ensure that you have downloaded the Microsoft Outlook app on your Android.

  1. Launch the Outlook app on your Android device.
    • If you are adding an email account for the first time, click on the Add Account option.

    • If you already have existing email accounts, navigate to the Outlook Settings and then click on the + Add Email Account option.

  2. Enter your email address in the field provided. Once done, press CONTINUE.

  3. Choose if you’re setting your email address using IMAP or POP3.

  4. Toggle the ADVANCED SETTINGS to expand it. Here, you need to enter the email password and server settings. Enter your domain name in the field provided below to view the Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server and the Ports.

  5. Then, you can enter your email settings, which can be found using the tool provided below. To know more about your email settings, see the table above.
  6. After entering the email server settings, tap the check icon to complete.

You have added your email account on Outlook with your Android device.

Set Up Outlook Mobile for iPhone

Follow the steps below to set up your email, and ensure that you have downloaded the Microsoft Outlook app on your iPhone/iOS device.

  1. Launch the Outlook app on your iOS device.
    • If you’re using it for the first time, enter your email address. Then, press the Add Account button.

    • If you already have an existing email account set up, access your Outlook Settings. Then, select Add Mail Account followed by Add Email Account. Enter your email address and press Add Account.

  2. Once done, you will be asked to choose between IMAP or POP3. Choose which setting you want to use to set up your email account.

  3. Enter the information needed and follow the on-screen prompts.
  4. Then, toggle the Advanced Settings. When asked to enter the email server settings, use the tool above to find your email server settings.
  5. Press Sign In.
  6. Complete the process by setting up your privacy settings.

You have added your email account on Outlook with your iOS device.
