Troubleshooting: Messages to Gmail Users Bounce Back

Adding an SPF (Sender Policy Framework) Record
To add an SPF record to your account, follow these steps:
- Log in to https://www.networksolutions.com/my-account/login.
- Select Domains Names on the left side of the page.
- Select the domain name you want to change./li>
- On the domain page, go down to the Advanced Tools section.
- Click the Manage button next to Advanced DNS Records.
- Click +ADD RECORD. A box will pop up.
- Under Type, select TXT from the drop-down menu.
- Select a host in the “Refers to” drop-down.
Note: If you select “Other Host” from the option, you will be asked to enter the hostname.
- In the TXT Value field, enter the SPF Record. Choose your package below to find the SPF Record.
- Business Email, Cloud Mail, Pro Email, and Pro Email Plus: v=spf1 include:spf.registeredsite.com include:spf.cloudus.oxcs.net -all
- Google Workspace: v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com -all
- Hosted Exchange: v=spf1 include:hostaccount.com -all
- Microsoft 365: v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all
- Click ADD.
