How to access invoices in your account with Network Solutions

Staying on top of your billing activity is important, and the account manager provides a direct way to review your complete invoice history. If you purchased products or services on credit, the invoice will include details about the terms of the deal and the payment methods available. By visiting the order history page, you can learn how to access invoices and utilize features that let you export data or save local copies to your device. This ensures you have all the necessary documentation for your accounting needs, and our team is available to assist you if you cannot locate a specific transaction record. This article has steps on how to access invoices in your Network Solutions account.

Accessing invoices in the Network Solutions account

Follow the steps below to locate invoices in your account.

  1. Log in to your account via https://www.networksolutions.com/my-account/login.
  2. Navigate and click the profile placeholder in the upper-right corner, then select Order History from the drop-down menu to proceed.

  3. On the Order History page, you can do the following:
    • Click the drop-down arrow on the right if you want to view the details of your invoice without leaving the Order History page.

    • Hit the EXPORT INVOICES if you opt to export your invoice. A new tab will open, displaying the full details of your invoice. Below is an example of an exported invoice.

      Note:
      • To save a local copy of the invoice:
        1. Right-click and hit the Print option.
        2. Click the drop-down menu under Printer, then select Save as PDF.
        3. Click Save.
      • To print invoices in your account:
        1. Right-click and hit the Print option.
        2. Click the drop-down menu under Printer, then select the device you use for printing
        3. Click the Print button.
    • Click the Filters button to filter invoices by ORDER DATE in your account or by PAYMENT METHOD. Hit Apply to filter your results.

All billing activities may not reflect on the page. If you cannot see some of your billing histories or can't find invoices in your account, please contact our Customer Care team at networksolutions.com, and we can email past invoices at your request.
