Office 365 works with computers that are running Windows 7, Windows 8 and Mac OS X 10.6 or later. Office 365 DOES NOT support computers running Windows XP, Windows Vista and earlier versions of Mac OS – from Mac OS X 10.5 or earlier. To use the desktop downloads that come with Business Premium or Business Premium Plus, you need to be running Windows 10, Windows 10 Server, Windows 8, Windows 7 Service Pack 1, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2008 R2 or Mac OS X 10.10. Product functionality and feature availability may vary on older systems. For the best experience, use the latest version of any operating system specified above.
Downloaded versions of Office are available as a one-time purchase and include applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. These versions do not automatically update, so to get the latest version you will need to purchase the product over and over again when the new version becomes available. Office 365 is a cloud-based service so everything seamlessly works together - automatically. With Office 365, you never need to buy Office again; you will always have the latest features and benefits.
All users can download the latest version of Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Yammer, SharePoint and Teams.
Our plans support organizations that require fewer than 300 users. You may purchase up to 300 user accounts of each product – Online Essentials, Business Premium and Business Premium Plus (up to 900 user accounts total.)
The Office apps that you install on your PC or Mac such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are available to you when you are not online when you select the Business Premium or Business Premium Plus packages. With OneDrive in Office 365, you get 1 TB of file storage that you can use to sync your files to and from your computer. When you make changes while offline they will sync to OneDrive and will update across all of your devices when you reconnect to the internet.
Office Online features versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook that are designed to be used within a browser and is available on all Office 365 packages from Network Solutions. You can access Office Online from your cloud storage to create new files, edit existing files, share and collaborate online both internally and externally.
At this time, Office 365 is only available to Network Solutions customers who reside in the United States.
