How to manage the blacklist and safelist in Webmail
With the Network Solutions’ Webmail version 7.10.2, you can easily manage your blacklist and safelist in your webmail. This feature is useful when there’s too much spam reaching your inbox, or essential emails are mistakenly flagged as spam.
You can block unwanted addresses by adding them to your blacklist or mark trusted senders as safe by adding them to your safelist. You can also adjust the spam filter level to increase or reduce the filtering of incoming messages.

Follow the steps below to add or remove addresses to the whitelist or blacklist in Webmail version 7.10.2.
- Open a new window in your browser.
- In the address bar, type mail.(your domain name).(your domain extension).
Note: For example, if your domain is janesbagels and your domain extension is .com, you should type mail.janesbagels.com in the address bar.
- On the login page, enter your login credentials, then click the Login button.

- In the upper right corner of your webmail application, click the Menu button. Then, click Settings.

- Click Mail to expand the options, and then select Junk Mail.

- On the Spam Filter & Blacklisting page, you can add email addresses to your Blacklist or Safelist, also known as a Whitelist.
- To add an email address, type it into the corresponding text field and click the + icon.
- To remove an email address, locate the email address, then click the trash button.
- To edit the spam filter, slide the filter to the desired level, then click Set Filter Level.

Important: Remember, messages from senders on your blacklist will no longer reach you. Be careful of the email addresses that you add to this list!
