- Open your internet browser.
- In your address bar, type mail.yourdomainname.com. For example, if your domain name is example.com, type mail.example.com.
- On the login page, type your mailbox name. For example, if your email is [email protected], type john.jones in the mailbox field.
- Enter the password for your email address.
- When you log in to your email, compare your webmail version with the image below.
- If your email looks like this image, you have Cloud Email.
- If your email doesn’t look like this image, you have Webmail version 7.10.2.
