One of the essential updates for any website is to change the contact form. If you’ve recently upgraded to a domain-specific email and need to update where your contact form notifications are sent, you’re in the right place!

Changing the contact form email

1. Log in to your account via https://www.networksolutions.com/my-account/login.
2. Click Websites & Hosting from the left navigation menu.
   
   
    
3. Navigate to the hosting package that you want to access with Website Builder, then click Manage to continue.
   
   
    
4. On your Website Builder dashboard, tap Edit Site.
   
   
    
5. Once you're in your website editor, begin on the page that contains your contact form.
   
    
    
   Note: You will need to repeat these steps for each form if you are updating multiple forms with different fields.
6. Click on the Form to see its settings toolbar appear directly above it.
   
   
    
7. From the settings toolbar, select the More option to expand the menu.
   
   
    
8. Select Advanced from the expanded menu to see the Advanced Settings Menu appear.
   
   
    
9. From the Advanced Settings Menu in the right-hand corner, select Settings.
   
   
    
10. Enter your new email in the space under Email Address. (Forwarded addresses will be available from your email client's settings.)
    
    
     
11. You’ve now completed all the steps needed to update your contact form! To begin receiving emails from this contact form, make sure to use the buttons at the top to Save and Publish your site for the changes to go live.
