Builder brands: Change contact form email

One of the essential updates for any website is to change the contact form. If you’ve recently upgraded to a domain-specific email and need to update where your contact form notifications are sent, you’re in the right place!

Note: Although you may use multiple email addresses for notifications, the drag and drop builder's contact forms can only support one address at a time. If you need to receive notifications at multiple addresses, we recommend setting up email forwards from the first address that point to the other addresses.

How to change the contact form email

  1. Log in to your Account Manager via https://www.networksolutions.com/my-account/login.
  2. Select Websites on the left menu, and you will be routed to a different tab where you can access your website editor.

    Note: Alternatively, if you have multiple website builder accounts, click Launch to proceed.
  3. Launch your website editor by choosing Edit Site.

  4. Once you're in your website editor, begin on the page that contains your contact form.

  5. Click on the Form to see its settings toolbar appear directly above it.

  6. From the settings toolbar, select the More option to expand the menu.

  7. Select Advanced from the expanded menu to see the Advanced Settings Menu appear.

  8. From the Advanced Settings Menu in the right-hand corner, select Settings.

  9. Enter your new email in the space under Email Address. (Forwarded addresses will be available from your email client's settings.)

  10. You’ve now completed all the steps needed to update your contact form! To begin receiving emails from this contact form, make sure to use the buttons at the top to Save and Publish your site for the changes to go live.
