Builder brands: Viewing abandoned carts from your store

An abandoned cart occurs when a customer adds items to their cart from your store but, for one reason or another, chooses not to complete the purchase. This is powerful information that can help you plan marketing strategies, sales, and business decisions to drive your customers to complete their purchases more often.

Pro tip: Abandoned carts will only be recorded if a customer has moved to a page where their email address has been entered. It can take up to an hour after a transaction is abandoned for it to appear in your store's Abandoned Cart tab.
