How to connect a device to Cloud Mail

Do you want to set up or connect multiple accounts across different devices? Cloud Mail offers a convenient solution, allowing you to install and configure apps and clients using the wizard. This guide will walk you through how to connect your device to Cloud Mail and set up local apps for a seamless experience.

Using the Wizard to set up email applications and devices

Wizard is software that manages, optimizes, or automates email-related tasks to simplify email setup. This solution would be particularly useful for businesses or individuals looking to streamline their email systems, improve security, or ensure seamless access across multiple devices.

You can access your email or groupware (for example, calendar, address book, drive app, and more) by using apps and clients on computers or mobile devices. You can use a wizard to install and configure apps and clients. You will have the following options:

  • Install and configure apps and software on different devices such as smartphones, tablets, and PCs. The supported devices are Windows, Android, and iOS.
  • Install email software on Windows systems. Email software makes your emails, appointments, contacts, and tasks locally available.
  • Install the local Drive app for desktop and mobile devices. The Drive app is downloaded and installed from the respective App Store of the device. The installed Drive app software synchronizes your Drive app data with your local workstation and mobile device.
  • Depending on the device, the configuration may also be done via email or SMS (Short Message Service). Advanced users can display confirmation data for manual configuration.

 

Connecting a device to Cloud Mail

  1. Log in to Cloud Mail.
  2. Click the Settings icon, then select Connect your device.

  3. A pop-up will display the following: Install Professional Email like an app through a QR code scan, or Configure a specific device or application.

  4. To configure a specific device or application, select the desired device and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the setup.

  5. Repeat these steps to set up additional devices.
