How to Enable Email Forwarding for My Mailbox in AppSuite or Megamail?

Struggling to manage multiple email accounts? This guide will show you how to enable email forwarding in AppSuite or Megamail. With email forwarding, you can have all your emails delivered to a single inbox, making it easier to stay organized and on top of your messages.

Our email platforms can set up a mailbox to automatically forward all messages received to five different email addresses. This is useful if:

  • You want to use one mailbox to receive correspondence and have multiple users able to receive these messages or
  • You wish to send an email to another email box as an archive or backup.

In this article, we will discuss:

AppSuite

Follow these instructions to enable email forwarding:

  1. Open a new window in your browser.
  2. In the adress bar, type mail.<your domain name>.<your domain extension>.
    For example, if your domain is janesbagels and your domain extension is .com, you should type mail.janesbagels.com in the address bar.
  3. Enter your login credentials on the login page.
  4. Click the Login button.
  5. In the upper right corner of your Webmail app, click your user profile, then select Settings.

  6. Click the Auto forward... button in the display area to open the Auto forward window.

  7. Enable the auto forward button, then enter the email address to which you want to forward the messages.

  8. The auto forwarding is entered as an email filter. If additional filter rules are to be applied after the auto forwarding, enable Process subsequent rules. You can also edit the auto forwarding in the email filter settings. To keep a copy of the E-Mail, enable Keep a copy of the message.
  9. Click Apply changes.
Success! You have enabled email forwarding for your mailbox.

MegaMail

Follow these instructions to enable email forwarding:

  1. Open a new window in your browser.
  2. In the address bar, type mail.<your domain name>.<your domain extension>.
    For example, if your domain is janesbagels and your domain extension is .com, you should type mail.janesbagels.com in the address bar.
  3. Enter your login credentials on the login page.
  4. Click the Login button.
  5. On the upper right corner of your Webmail application, click the Gear button, then select Settings.

  6. Click My Account and on Forwarding.

  7. Once toggle on, you can add the mailbox to which you wish to forward mail. If you wan to keep a copy in the mailbox, select Save local copy.
Success! You have enabled email forwarding for your mailbox.

All your emails will be conveniently delivered to your designated forwarding address, streamlining your inbox management.
