Personal Folders
- Personal folders contain your emails, contacts, appointments, tasks, and files. Other users cannot view your personal folders unless you share them.

Public folders
- Public folders contain contacts, appointments, and documents available to all users. Each user can create public folders that they can share with other users.

Shared folders
- Shared folders are folders that are shared with you by other users.
- You can find shared folders below your public folders.
Permissions allow or prohibit what users can do with folders.
- Internal users have preset permissions for existing folders. When creating a new folder, you will have preset permissions.
- When inviting others to a shared item, you can grant them specific permissions.

- If you created the personal folder, you will have all permissions for that folder. You can also grant others permissions for the folder but not administrator permissions.

How to Open or Close the Folder View
To open or close the folder view, click the Open folder view icon or Close folder view icon

- If the folder view is closed, open it by clicking the Open folder view icon

- Drag the border to the left or right to change the folder view width.

How to Hide a Folder

Note: If you select a folder that cannot be hidden, the Hide option will not show.

Note: If you delete a calendar, address book, or list, the folder and all its contents will be deleted and cannot be restored. If you delete a folder in the Email or Drive app, the folder will be moved to Trash. You can permanently delete the folder or restore it by moving it.
You can delete the folders you have created. However, some folders have been preset and cannot be deleted. Follow these steps:
