​Our copywriters and designers create a modern website with five pages and an online store page. More pages can be added if needed by purchasing the Pro Website Page.

​During your site's initial build, our experts set up flat tax and flat shipping rates for you. We also input your PayPal or Stripe email address, if available, or set up the store for cash on delivery. ​If you need additional payment processors, tax rules, or shipping options, our support team can help after your store is published. Likewise, if you want to sell through additional sales channels (such as marketplaces), our team can guide you through the setup upon request.

    • New domains: Your site publishes automatically after our quality review if you provided consent during the interview step; if not, it will not go live until you are ready.
  6. ​Welcome call: We walk you through your new website and explain how to request changes.
Important: For Pro Online Stores, the typical build timeframe is 7–10 business days for a standard 5-page store. Additional pages or features may extend the timeline; for every 10 additional items, expect approximately five extra business days.

How many products can I have in my online store?

​Pro Online Store supports unlimited products. However, during the initial build, your purchase includes up to 10 products set up by our experts. You may have our experts add up to 40 more products during the initial build for an additional fee via Pro Online Product.

​​After your store has launched, you may add more products yourself for free or utilize Pro Online Product to have our experts do it for you.

Note: We initially set up three options per product (for example: size and color) and 10 variants per option (for example: S, M, L, XL or Green, Blue, Black, White). Our online stores can accommodate 10 options and unlimited variants.

 

Can I sell digital products on my online store?

​Yes, Pro Online Store supports digital products like music files, e-books, and more. During the initial build, there is an upload limit of 25 MB. Larger files can be added after launch. The digital product size limits are as follows:

  • ​Image files like JPG or PNG–4MB
  • ​​Document files like PDF or DOCX–40MB
  • ​​​Audio and video files like MP3–100MB
  • ​Zip files–1GB

 

Can my online store support discounts on my products?

​Yes, Pro Online Store allows you to offer your customers certain types of discounts. The e-commerce tool supports percentage or dollar-amount discounts, as well as free shipping. However, "buy one, get one" and other quantity-based discounts are not supported.

 

Can I add third-party code snippets to my online store?

​We can embed customer-provided code snippets inside your site. Examples include:

  • ​Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
  • Live chat widgets
  • Real estate IDX/MLS embeds
  • YouTube and Vimeo videos
  • Payment buttons

​You must provide the code snippet, and you must have an active subscription with that provider.

 

What do I receive if I add a Pro Support Subscription to my online store?

​Our Pro Support Subscription is a fantastic add-on service if you want our experts to handle ongoing updates to your online store. The subscription includes:

  • Up to five new pages per month (you provide content)
  • Up to 10 blog post transfers per month
  • Up to 10 new products added per month
  • Unlimited change requests

​Without the Pro Support Subscription, you may request changes to your Pro Online Store for up to 14 days after the website is completed.
