At Network Solutions, we maintain a general no-refund policy. That said, we understand that exceptions happen, so our support team reviews requests on a case-by-case basis under certain limited circumstances.

Possible refundable items
New product purchases
If you contact us within three days of acquiring a new product, we may consider a refund. Please note that when a refund is issued for a new product, the product must be deleted from your account.
Automatic renewals
If you reach out to us within 30 days of an automatic renewal order being processed, we may process a refund. In such cases, the renewal term will be rolled back to the previous status.
Non-refundable items
- SSL certificates — Refunds are not available once a certificate has already been issued.
- Premium domains — Premium domain purchases are not refundable under any circumstances.
