Renewing Microsoft Partner Relationship

What is Microsoft Partner Relationship?

When you purchase Microsoft 365 with us, Microsoft requires you to renew our partner relationship or Granular Delegated Admin Permissions (GDAP). This requirement is a critical security feature designed to provide you with the ability to regulate the level of access granted to your employees or external service providers for your Microsoft cloud services.

What's New?

We implemented a new process that will allow you to renew the Microsoft Partner Relationship Permissions for Microsoft 365 in your Account Manager when you are within 90 days of expiration or in an expired status. Below are screenshots of what you will see based on the status of your Microsoft Partner Relationship.

  1. Before 90 days of Expiration – If your Partner Relationship does not expire in the next 90 days, you will only see a closed card.
