How to Change Your User Profile Details

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact information is crucial for managing your account effectively. By regularly updating your contact information or user profile details, you can avoid missing out on important notifications, such as changes to your account balance, upcoming payments, or any security issues. Learn how to change your user profile details by following this guide.

Change User Profile Details

You can update the following contact information at any time:

  • Address
  • Telephone Number
  • Primary Email

Note: Under certain circumstances, editing names may be restricted due to a legal lock or other reasons, such as pending transfers, withheld domains due to pending verification, or domains under a special status.

Below are steps to update your user profile details or contact information.

  1. Log in to your account via support.web.com.
  2. Click My Account in the upper right corner of the page, then select Account Settings.

  3. Under Account Settings, click the EDIT button in the User Profile panel.

  4. You can now change your contact information or user profile details.

  5. Click the SAVE CHANGES button.
