How to View Your Support Tickets

You’re in the right place! Web.com and Network Solutions have become one.

Your Account Manager's Online Customer Support section offers a convenient way to view your support tickets. You can easily see which tickets are still open and which ones have been resolved, along with their current status and any notes from the support team.

Important: This article applies to customers who log in through support.web.com.

How to View Your Current List of Tickets

Follow the steps below to view your current list of tickets.

  1. Log in to your Account Manager via https://support.web.com/login.aspx.
  2. In the main toolbar, click the Support menu, then select the Online Customer Support option.

  3. On the Support page, review the tickets that appear in your list. You can search for a ticket by scrolling through the list of tickets or by entering a keyword, comment, or ticket number in the search bar.

  4. Click See Details or press Enter on your keyboard to view the desired ticket.
Note: Check the Status column to review the progress being made on your ticket.
