How to Create and Edit Distribution Lists in Cloud Mail

- Log in to your email via mail.domain.ext. For example, if your domain name is example.com, you will need to enter mail.example.com in any browser.
- Within Cloud Mail, click the Address Book icon.
- Click the drop-down arrow beside New contact and select New distribution list.
- Enter a name for your new distribution list.
- Add contacts to your distribution list by clicking the Select contacts drop-down or typing a contact in the Add contact field.
Note: When typing a contact, matching suggestions will be displayed. Click on a suggestion to accept it. Clicking the Select contacts icon will open a window that allows you to select contacts from an address book, folder, or distribution list. - Once you have added contacts to your distribution lists, click the Create list button at the bottom.
Your new distribution list is now saved.
