Builder Brands: Contacts CRM
When customers visit your website and fill out contact forms, subscribe to updates, or place orders through your WooCommerce store, those contacts are automatically saved within the Contacts CRM section of your Creative Mail Dashboard. This dedicated location allows you to quickly review, respond to, and manage your contacts effectively.

Accessing Creative Mail
To access the Creative Mail settings within your Network Solutions' Account Manager, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Network Solutions' Account Manager via https://www.networksolutions.com/my-account/login.
- Select Websites from the left menu to launch the Website Builder.

- On the main Website Builder dashboard, follow the steps below:
- Click the Marketing Hub tab.

- Lastly, select CreativeMail.

You have successfully navigated to your Creative Mail.
Accessing the Contacts List in WordPress
Once inside your WordPress site, follow these steps to launch the Contact CRM dashboard.
- From your WP Admin side menu, select Creative Mail, then click Go to Creative Mail dashboard.

- Choose Contacts from the left menu of the Creative Mail dashboard to view your list of subscribers and customers.

- Depending on the status of your account, you will see one of the following displays:
- Empty State: The default page for new accounts with no contacts yet.

- Populated List: A view containing cards for each contact.

Note: Your contacts list will appear blank until you receive your first order or form submission. All incoming information from your account's contact form and eCommerce orders will populate here automatically going forward.Contact Details
Selecting any contact from the Contacts CRM allows you to view or edit specific information. This interface provides detailed insights into their history with your brand, including labels, orders, and interaction history.

Within the Contact Details tab, you will see the following fields:
- First name
- Last name
- Email Address
Note: The Email Address cannot be edited because it serves as the unique identifier used to tie contacts together. If an error exists, the contact should be manually added with the correct address or resubmitted through the website.
- Phone number
- Birthday
- Company
- Job title
- Contact Status
- Contact Tags
- Email Status

Email Lists
Email lists are utilized to categorize and add distinction to the groups in your Contact CRM. Segmenting your contacts helps ensure your marketing messages reach the intended audience based on their behaviors or source.
