Builder Brands: Contacts CRM

When customers visit your website and fill out contact forms, subscribe to updates, or place orders through your WooCommerce store, those contacts are automatically saved within the Contacts CRM section of your Creative Mail Dashboard. This dedicated location allows you to quickly review, respond to, and manage your contacts effectively.

This article covers how to access and manage these contacts within your Creative Mail plugin. For instructions on how to manually add individual contacts, please check out our guide on How to Add Contacts to an Account.
