  1. What makes Creative Mail Email Marketing different than my personal email?
     
    • Creative Mail lets you design email marketing campaigns with dynamic layouts for both desktop and mobile devices. It also integrates with your contact list so you can send targeted campaigns to your contacts and keep them in the know about events, promotions, and more for your business or organization.
       
  2. What are some benefits of using Creative Mail over my personal email?
     
    • Personal email providers are not built to send large volumes of duplicate emails to different users without triggering spam filters or exceeding hourly send limits. Creative Mail is a campaign tool that allows you to email about products, business updates, and deals without the limitations of a personal mailbox. You can think of it as having a PO box set up with a traditional mail carrier to send marketing flyers through, without being restricted to a residential mailbox.
       
  3. Do I need a specific kind of email box to send from?
     
    • No. You can connect any email address from a personal email, like [email protected], to a business email created with your domain name, like [email protected], to display as the sender. The campaign is sent via Creative Mail, not to your mailbox.
       
  4. Who can I send it to with Creative Mail?
     
    • You can send it to any contacts who have subscribed to email marketing from your website or given consent to be contacted. Contacts who have subscribed to email marketing will automatically be added to your available contacts in the system. In contrast, contacts who have not opted into email marketing will not show as available to send to.   5. Can I download a copy of my Creative Mail Campaigns?
     
    • No. Creative Mail Campaigns are created as emails and landing pages. If you want to keep a copy of the email campaign for personal use, you can include your email as a recipient on the mailing list.
       
  6. How do I enable Creative Mail Email Marketing in my account?
     
    • To enable Creative Mail Email Marketing, navigate to the Email Marketing tab in your account and click Let's Get Started building an email campaign.
