How to Call Contacts in Cloud Mail
Need help to switch between your email and phone app to make calls? Call Contacts in Cloud Mail: This makes it easy to call contacts directly from your address book or within a task. You can quickly reach a colleague or follow up with a task participant using Cloud Mail's built-in calling feature.

Call Contacts in Cloud Mail
You can easily establish a video or audio conference with a contact by dialing them from your Address Book or as a participant in the Tasks app. Tap the phone number associated with the contact or the participant in the task. This immediate action will establish the communication link, and a swift, interactive exchange is readily available at the kind of conference you have chosen.
Call Contact in the Address Book
To call someone from your Address Book, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your email via mail.domain.ext.
For example, if your domain name is housekeeping.com, you will need to enter mail.housekeeping.com in any browser. - Once logged in, click the Address Book icon
in the top-left corner.
- Click on the Public address books, then select All Users.
- Select a user that you wish to contact.
- Once their information is available, click on their Cell phone number.
- Alternatively, you can click on the Call icon and then the phone number that shows.
- Alternatively, you can click on the Call icon and then the phone number that shows.
- A message will show, giving you an option of which app you want to use to call this user, then click on Open.
- Once done, all the available apps that you can use will show. You can select one by clicking the app of your choice.
Note: Once an app is chosen, you can choose whether to use it as Always or Just once. Select Always if you want to use this app as the default app every time you contact someone. If you're going to use this app once, select Just once.
Call a Task Participant
To call a task participant in an existing task created, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your email via mail.domain.ext.
For example, if your domain name is example.com, you will need to enter mail.example.com in any browser. - Once logged in, click on the Apps icon
in the top-left corner.
- Select Tasks.
- Click on the task, and the information will show.
- In the Participants, click on the participant.
Note: If there are multiple participants, you need to click on a specific participant to call them since multi-select is disabled. - Once their information is available, click on their Cell phone number.
- Alternatively, you can click on the Call icon and then the phone number that shows.
- Alternatively, you can click on the Call icon and then the phone number that shows.
- A message will show, giving you an option of which app you want to use to call this user, then click on Open.
