How Do I Cancel My Network Solutions Products or Account?

Refund Policy

Network Solutions follows standard procedures for service refunds. We outline the policies below:

New Purchase

  • No refunds after three (3) calendar days from the purchase date.
  • Refund Delete must be processed on the Domain.
  • All products, including associated and free products, must be deleted.

Auto-Renewal Services

  • No refunds for auto-renewals after 30 calendar days from the renewal date on yearly terms.
  • No refunds for auto-renewals for products on four-week/monthly terms.
