Signing into your Cloud Mail account from various clients on different devices is a convenient feature. However, there are instances where you may need to manage your active sessions, either to check where you're logged in or to log out from a specific device. This guide shows you how to view and manage your active Cloud Mail sessions.

  • You want to see whether you are logged in to a particular device or client.

The following are your options:

  • Display all active clients.
  • Terminate single sessions.
  • Terminate all sessions except the current one.

  2. Click on the Settings icon, then select All Settings.
Click the Settings icon, then select All Settings

  3. Click Security on the left pane, go to Your devices, and click the arrow next to it.
Click Security then go to Your Devices

  4. All devices on which you are currently signed will be listed.
    • To terminate a single session, click on the Sign out link next to the client.
      Click Sign Out

    • To sign out from all devices except the active one, click the Sign out from all devices button.
