How to Access the Drive App
Follow the instructions below to access the Drive App.
- Login to your email address via mail.domain.ext. For instance, if your domain name is example.com, you should type mail.example.com.
- Click on the All Applications
icon in the upper left corner of the screen.
- Select Drive.
- Once accessed, you should be able to see this page.
Toolbar Functions and Icons
Refer to the information below for you to know the function of each icon that can be found in the Drive Toolbar.
- Share icon
- Allows you to share files or folders.
- Edit icon
- Allows you to edit a text file or an Office document. This function is only available if you select a text file or Office document.
- New from template icon
- Allows you to create a new document from a template. This function is only available if selecting a template.
- View icon
- Allows you to show the contents of the selected file in the Viewer.
- Present icon
- Allows you to start a presentation. You can only use this function after you select a document in PowerPoint or PDF format.
- Download icon
- It allows you to download the files you selected. If you download multiple files it will be compress as a zip archive file.
- Delete icon
- Allows you to delete the files or folders you selected.
- Add to favorites icon
- Allows you to add the files or folders that you have selected to Favorites.
- More actions icon
- Allows you to open a menu with functions for managing files and folders.
