How to Add Another Mailbox
Note: If it is your first time creating a mailbox, please see How to Create and Manage a Mailbox for instructions.
You can add another mailbox within your Account Manager depending on your current email plan. Multiple mailboxes allow collaboration with your colleagues and keep your business from potential threats.

Adding Another Mailbox
Follow these steps:
- Log in to https://www.networksolutions.com/my-account/login.
- Enter your User ID and Password.
- Once logged in to your Account Manager, click Professional Email on the left menu, then go to the Plans tab.
- Before you add another mailbox to your current plan, check the total mailboxes you have used for your plan.
- If you have not used up the allowable number of mailboxes you can create, proceed to step 5.
- If you have used up the allowable number of mailboxes you can create, you may need to purchase more mailboxes. Click the Buy more mailboxes link. Follow the steps on your screen until you proceed to check out.
- Click the Assign Mailbox link next to the plan to which you want to add more mailboxes.
- Alternatively, you can also click the Assign Mailbox button in the Mailboxes tab, then select a plan from the drop-down menu in the pop-up that shows.
- On the pop-up, enter the necessary details. If you want to add more mailboxes, click the + ADD ANOTHER MAILBOX link.
- Enter the necessary details, then click the Add button.
Note: Please wait up to 4 hours for the changes to take effect.
- Once your mailboxes have been added, you will see a green banner on top of the Email page stating that your new mailbox was successfully added.
