WordPress Tutorial: How to Reset Your WordPress Password
If you are struggling to access your WordPress account due to an incorrect password, it is possible to reset it either from your Account Manager or the WordPress login page. Learn how to reset your WordPress password.

Reset through the Account Manager
To reset your WordPress password from the Account Manager, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Account Manager via https://www.networksolutions.com/my-account/login.
- On the left-hand navigation menu, select WordPress.

- Depending on the number of WordPress packages in your account, the WordPress section's interface may look slightly different. Full descriptions of each feature are discussed below.
- If you only have one WordPress package in your account, you will be redirected to the WordPress Control Panel details page right away.
- If you have multiple WordPress packages in your account, click the MANAGE button on the respective WordPress package that you need to modify.
- Scroll down to Actions, then click on the Reset Admin Password link.

- On the next page, please enter the Username or Email Address associated with your WordPress installation and click Get New Password.

- Check your email for a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.
Note: The email will be sent to the address you used when you first set up your WordPress account. If you don't see it, check your junk or spam folder.

- Once your password reset is complete, click on the login page link and log in to your WordPress account using your new password.
Reset through the WordPress Login Page
You can also reset your password through the WordPress login screen.
- Using your preferred internet browser, go to your WordPress login page by adding /wp-admin to the end of your domain name (e.g., yourdomain.com/wp-admin).
- Click Lost your password? Link.

- Enter the Username or Email Address for your account and click Get New Password.

- Check your mailbox for a password reset link email. Follow the instructions in the email to set up a new password.
Note: The email will be sent to the address you used when you first set up your WordPress account. If you don't see it, check your junk or spam folder.
- After successfully resetting your password, click the <strong>login page</strong> link and try logging in using your new password.
Review
You can reset your WordPress password from your Account Manager or through the WordPress login page. When you try to reset your password, you will receive a password reset email. If you don't see it in your inbox, double-check your junk email. Once you have set up a new password, go back to the login page and use your new credentials.
