Searching for Appointments Using the Search Field

1. Once logged into Cloud Mail, click on the Calendar icon .
2. Enter a search term in the Search appointments field (for example, appointment Title, Location, Participants, or Categories).
   


3. Click Enter on your keyboard.

1. Once logged into Cloud Mail, click on the Calendar icon .


2. Click the drop-down arrow within the Search appointments field to open the Search Filter.
   


3. Using the filter, you can search for an appointment by Title, Location, Description, Participants, and Categories. To further filter your search, you can do so within a specific time frame by using the After and Before fields.
4. Click the Search button.
   The search results will then display the appointments related to the search term you used. To refine your search results, click the Remove icon (x) beside a specific search category.
