How to Search Contacts in Cloud Mail

The search contacts field in your Address Book helps you find your contacts easily and quickly. Learn how to use the search contacts field to save time when looking for a specific contact.

Search Contacts Field

In this article, we will discuss how you can:

Search for Contacts Using the Search Field

  1. Once logged into Cloud Mail, click the Address Book icon.

  2. Enter a search term in the Search contacts field (for example, First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Company, Department, or City).
    Enter your Search keywords, then press Enter

  3. Click Enter.

The search results will then display the contacts related to the search term you have used (for example, First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Company, Department, or City).

Search for Contacts Using the Search Filter

  1. Once logged into Cloud Mail, click the Address Book icon.

  2. Click the drop-down arrow in the Search contacts field to open the Search Filter.

  3. By using the filter, you can search by First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Company, Department, City, or a combination.
  4. Click the Search button, and all address books will be searched.

The search results will then display the contacts you searched for by first name, last name, email, phone number, company, department, city, or a combination of the following:

To refine your search results, click the Remove icon (x) beside a specific search category.
