How to Change Mailbox Default View

Navigating your Cloud Mail inbox can be easy with the right setup. This guide will show you how to change the mailbox default view to quickly access your most important folders and emails. We'll walk you through simple steps to tailor your inbox to your specific needs, whether you prefer a condensed or expanded view.

Change Mailbox Default View

Only specific personal folders will be visible as icons when the folder view is closed Folder View - Closed. No personal subfolders or any other existing folders will be shown. This limited display hides most of the folder structure, showing only a few folders and providing a simpler interface for the user.

Enabling Folder View

  1. Log into your Cloud Mail account. In the address bar, type mail.<your domain name>.<your domain extension>.
    For example, if your domain is janesbagels and your domain extension is .com, you should type mail.janesbagels.com in the address bar.

  2. Click on the Folder View icon Folder View - Open found at the bottom left part of the screen.

  3. From here, you will see the folder view:
    • Inbox – By default, all incoming emails go to this folder.
    • Unread – This folder shows all unread messages.
    • Drafts – Contains the emails saved as drafts.
    • Sent – Contains the emails you sent.
    • Trash – Contains the emails you deleted.
    • ArchiveContains the emails you archived.
    • My Folders – Contains the email folders you created.
