How to Check When My Domain Is About to Expire

Losing your domain name can be a nightmare! Avoid the hassle by staying on top of your domain expiration date. We'll show you how to quickly check when your domain expires and make sure your contact information is up-to-date so you never miss a renewal notice.

Follow the steps below to check the Domain expiration date.

  1. Log in to your Account via support.web.com.
    The Home page of your Account Manager appears.

  2. Click the Domains tile.

  3. In the Domain Overview tab, you can now check the domain expiration.

    If there are multiple domains in the account, you will see a screen similar to the image below, listing each domain with its expiration date.

Note: If the auto-renew feature is already enabled for your domain, your domain will be automatically renewed 20 days before it expires. The current payment method and existing terms and conditions will be used to renew your domain.
