Cloud Mail Address Book Settings
Have you needed help managing your contacts, address books, subscriptions, and linking postal addresses to a map service? This guide will help Cloud Mail users access Address Book Settings. You can control your contacts' display, set a default address book, subscribe to shared lists, and more.

Access Address Book Settings
You can manage your contacts, address books, subscriptions, and postal addresses by accessing the Address Book Settings. You can access the Address Book Settings by following the steps given below:
- Open a new window in your browser.
- In the address bar, type mail.<your domain name>.<your domain extension>.
For example, if your domain is janesbagels and your domain extension is .com, you should type mail.janesbagels.com in the address bar. - Enter your login credentials on the login page.
- Once logged into Cloud Mail, click the Address Book
icon.
- Next, click the Settings icon on the top-right corner of the page, then select All settings from the options.
- Click Address Book on the left menu.
- Name & Addresses
You can specify how you want to display your contact's name in the address book.
- Link postal addresses with map service
You can define the map service to the user when you click on the contact's postal address in the address book.
- Advanced settings
You can define the address book that will open as default after logging in.
- Subscribed to shared address books
Click on this button to manually subscribe to any of your shared address books. To subscribe, simply click on the slide bar shown in the image below. Then, click Save.
