There are two types of Web Logs: Access Logs and Error Logs. Access Logs record visitors' information to your website, while Error Logs record errors produced by requests to your website. Learn how to access and manage web logs with the help of this guide.

How to Access and Manage Access Logs
- Log in to your account via https://www.networksolutions.com/my-account/login.
- Once logged in, click Hosting on the left menu.
- If you have more than one hosting package, select the package you need to update. Then, click Manage. If you only have one hosting package, proceed to the next step.
- Scroll down to the Statistics section and select Raw Log Files.
- Scroll down and go to the Access Logs row. Here, you can Enable or Disable your Access Logs by clicking the radio button.
- Click on SAVE CHANGES.
You will see a green notification stating that your Access Logs service was successfully enabled or disabled.
How to Access and Manage Error Logs
- Log in to your account via https://www.networksolutions.com/my-account/login.
- Once logged in, click Hosting on the left menu.
- If you have more than one hosting package, select the package you need to update. Then, click Manage.
- If you only have one hosting package, proceed to the next step.
