Connecting your Facebook Account to SocialBooster

How to Connect Facebook

Here are the steps in connecting your Facebook account to your Web dashboard. 

1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. On the left side of the dashboard, click eCommerce.
3. Click the Manage Store button to be redirected to the eCommerce Dashboard.
4. On your Ecommerce dashboard, select Marketing in the left navigation menu.
   
   
    
5. There are two options for you to connect your Facebook account:
   
   
   1. In the Marketing drop-down menu, click on SocialBooster and you will be redirected to the Dashboard. Click on Let's get started button and select Connect to Facebook.
      
       
   2. In the Marketing drop-down menu, click on SocialBooster then select Accounts. Click on the Connect to Facebook button afterwards.
      
    
   Note: You will need to associate your Facebook Business account. You can convert your personal Facebook account to a Business account by checking this link.
    
6. If you don't have your Facebook account logged in on the browser, you will be asked to input your username and password. However, if you're logged in to your Facebook account already in the browser, you will only be asked to input your password as the system will automatically detect it.
   
    
7. Click on Continue as <your name> button to proceed.
   
    
8. Select your Business Page by ticking the checkbox on the right side then click Next.
   
    
9. Manage the permission set for SocialBooster. Scroll down to see more permissions.
   
    
10. You will receive a notification that your Facebook account is now linked to SocialBooster.
     
11. You will be prompted to choose a page to show.
