How to view page Messages in the Social App

Customers expect quick replies when they reach out with questions or concerns, so it is important for any business to stay responsive. With Network Solutions Social App, you can easily view page messages from your connected Facebook or Instagram accounts and reply to customers from one place. This makes it faster to check new messages, review conversation details, and send responses that help keep your customers satisfied.

Viewing and responding to page Messages

To view and respond to page messages, follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to your account via https://www.networksolutions.com/my-account/login.
  2. Click Social from the left navigation menu.

  3. If you have multiple domains, select which of the domains from the list you want to manage, then click View Social to proceed.

  4. Navigate to Messages to access and manage all your page messages.

  5. Select a message from the list to view and display its details, as well as manage responses.

    Note: Any unread messages will show up with a bold font in that left-hand column so that they are easier to find.
  6. Write your reply, then click Send.

Important:
  • Facebook and Instagram have automated responses. If you want to change this, log in to your Meta Business Suite account. For instructions, follow the steps on how to turn instant replies to Page messages on or off.
  • Additionally, the messages feature is currently only for Facebook accounts.
  • You can use the Filters icon to easily find messages you’re looking for.
  • To highlight a message that needs attention, tap the Flag icon so that you can easily find it and return to it at any time.
