How to manage page Reviews in the Social App

User feedback plays an important role in understanding how people see your business, and the Social App makes it easier to monitor and manage page reviews across your connected accounts. You can switch between your business pages, view each review, reply to customers, or flag content that needs attention, all from one convenient Reviews tab. This guide will show you how to manage page reviews, including how to view and answer feedback and how to flag reviews that may go against platform rules.

How to view and reply to Reviews

Follow the steps below to see how you can view and reply to page reviews.

  1. Log in to your account via https://www.networksolutions.com/my-account/login.
  2. Click Social from the left navigation menu.

  3. If you have multiple domains, select which of the domains from the list you want to manage, then click View Social to proceed.

  4. Navigate to Reviews to access and manage all your page reviews.

  5. Select a review from the list to view and display its details, as well as manage responses.

  6. Write your reply, then click Send.

Note: Viewing and managing reviews is currently limited to Facebook only.

 

How to flag Reviews

  1. Click the Flag icon if, while viewing a review, you determine that it violates the platform’s rules or is misleading in some way.

  2. Read the Report inappropriate recommendations, then tap View Instructions to learn more about reporting an inappropriate review.

  3. As you view and read the instructions from Facebook Help Center, a message will appear in the response section that this review has been flagged and reported for review.

Note: This does not send anything directly to the platform on your behalf. The use of the flag is for your reference so that you keep track of those reviews that you have flagged and can either follow up with the platform or so that you do not flag more than once.

Social App makes it easy to manage page reviews because it brings all your connected pages into one place where you can read feedback, reply to customers, and flag anything that needs attention. The Reviews tab lets you switch between your pages, view each comment, and answer messages with just a few clicks, which helps you stay updated on how people see your business. You can also flag reviews that may break platform rules by opening the review, selecting the flag option, and following the steps shown in the instructions. Although the feature currently works only with Facebook pages, it still provides a simple way to manage page reviews and keep your customer feedback organized.
