How to create and manage posts in the Social App
Regular activity on your social media accounts helps improve your visibility in local search results because customers interact more with social posts than direct links, and using the Social App makes it easier to create and manage posts across all your channels at once, so you can keep your messaging consistent while saving time. This guide explains how you can create a post, schedule recurring posts, edit or delete existing posts, and use the built-in AI Writer to help you write content, so you can maintain an active presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn with less effort.

How to create a post in Social App
Follow the steps below to create a post.
- Log in to your account via https://www.networksolutions.com/my-account/login.
- Click Social from the left navigation menu.

- If you have multiple domains, select which of the domains from the list you want to manage, then click View Social to proceed.

- Tap Create Post.

- In this section, there are a few key components that all posts must include:

- Post to (Select a page): Choose which social media pages the details will be posted to.
Note:- You may select multiple social media pages if your goal is to make your post visible on all platforms you have.
- The app will automatically format the post content for each of the different social platforms chosen without additional steps.
- Post Details: Enter the details and intent of your post.
- Media: Select and upload a file or image from your device.
Note:- Facebook supports up to 10 images. LinkedIn has up to nine images, Twitter has up to four images, and Instagram has only one image available to upload.
- When uploading images and posting across multiple platforms, we will use the images in the order they were added until the limit for each specific platform is reached.
- Post to (Select a page): Choose which social media pages the details will be posted to.
- Once you’re done, click Continue.
- Navigate and tap Post Options to select if you want to proceed to the Schedule Post or Publish Now option.

Recurring Post Configuration
A recurring post can be scheduled using the same procedure as a single post. Once the content is ready, follow the steps below:
- Click Post Options and tap Schedule Post.
- In the Schedule Post window, there are a few things to cover:

- Select the Start Date and Time and click the Occurs drop-down to choose and set the post to Recurring.
- Choose the number and timespan for how often you want the post content published. For example, you can choose every two weeks, or every month, etc.
- When you click on the Timespan drop-down menu, the option changes if you choose Week(s) or Month(s):
- Week(s): displays repeat on what specific day of the week (ex., Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, and Sun)
- Month(s): displays on what specific date of the month (ex., On the 18th or On the 3rd Thursday of the month)
- The Ends section has two options to choose from:
- Choose On if you want the recurring post to stop publishing on a specific date.
- Choose After Occurrences if you want to set a specific number of times that this post should be published.
- A summary area above the action buttons displays the exact settings you have chosen, so you can see how all the settings combine to determine the recurring schedule.
- Click Schedule Post to complete the process.
How to edit, duplicate, reschedule, and delete a post
Follow the steps below on how to edit, duplicate, reschedule, and delete a post in Social App.
- Navigate to Posts to see all saved drafts and published content.

- Select the post that you want to manage.
- Click on the vertical ellipses to expand options available, whether you’re trying to Edit, Duplicate, Reschedule, or Delete a post.

- The options available in the ellipses depend on the status of the post.
- If you delete a post, it cannot be recovered, and any insights or data associated with it are lost.
Utilizing AI Writer
Follow the steps below on how to use the AI Writer when creating a post.
- Inside the Post Details section, click the AI Writer icon; you will see an overlay pop up on your screen.

- Click the Optional drop-down to expand and see more details, as seen in the image below.

- Post Topic: Enter a brief topic for the post you want to create.
- Language: Find all the available languages you can use by clicking on the drop-down.
- Keywords: Enter keywords to aid you in generating ideas. You may add multiple keywords.
- Type of Tone: Choosing a tone will help determine how your blog will sound to the audience. You can add multiple tones by clicking the drop-down and selecting which tone you want to use.
- Tap WRITE MY IDEA, and the result will be automatically generated. You can also edit the generated post the way you put it out.
