Powered by Network Solutions: Email management - How to check your webmail

We no longer offer Roundcube webmail as an email solution. If you require a professional email solution, we recommend Google Workspace, which provides a complete range of productivity and communication tools.

In this article, we will discuss:

Accessing webmail through a direct link

Important: Your login credentials are case-sensitive.
  1. To access webmail, enter the following URL into your browser's address bar, replacing example.com with your primary domain or subdomain: http://mail.example.com or go to this link.
  2. Enter your login credentials.


     
    • Email: Your full mailbox address (example: [email protected])
    • Password: Your mailbox password
       
  3. Click Log into Webmail.

 

Access webmail via the Email Management dashboard

  1. Log in to your account via https://www.networksolutions.com/my-account/login.
  2. Click Standard Email from the left navigation menu.

    Note: The Email Management home page will open automatically in a new browser window. If you have pop-up blocking activated in your browser, please modify your browser settings, or you can click on RELAUNCH NEW TAB to launch it manually.
  3. On your Email Management page, go to Standard Email Accounts, then click Launch Email next to the email address you want to access.
